Payment Information  

Online account access.  Pay all or part of your account balance with a credit card online, view service schedules, invoices and much more.  Click here to register or just give us a call.

Note:  We strive to insure that you are comfortable with your payment options and terms.  Provide feedback, or call us.

PAYMENT METHOD

 We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express credit and debit cards, local checks, travelers checks, money orders, and cash.

 PAYMENT OPTIONS

 Option 1.  PREPAY:  If you haven’t made other payment arrangements and service is to be provided at a location where no one will be there to pay for the service, then prepaying may be the easiest payment option.

 Option 2.  COD:  You may pay at time of service.  This is commonly referred to as COD. The COD payment option usually requires you to be home to render payment.

 Option 3.  AUTO-BILL:  Quickly becoming the most preferred method of payment are auto payments.  We auto-bill your credit card of choice within 2 business days of your service.  Best way to avoid late fees (finance charges). Online account not required.

 Option 4.  ONLINE ACCOUNT:  Very convenient and growing in popularity.  Access your account 24/7, pay your bill with a credit or debit card of your choice.  With or without AUTO-BILL.  See when your next service is due and more.  You can request activation of your online account by calling or logging on. 

 Option 5.  CHECK IN THE MAIL:  Still the most popular payment method. See terms below.

PAYMENT TERMS

New accounts default to COD.  If your account is marked COD and you feel it should be otherwise, please call.

PREPAY:  Payment is made prior to start of service.  Popular for one–time services.

COD:  Payment is due at time of service.  Payment must be received within 10 days to avoid a late fee (finance charges).

CHARGE CARD:  Payment is due at time of service.  Payment must be received within 20 days to avoid a late fee (finance charges).   TIP: AUTO-BILLED charge cards avoid potential late fees

OPEN ACCOUNT:  Payment is due at time of service.  Payment must be received within 30 days of service to avoid a late fee (finance charges).  Also referred to as “Net, 30 days”.  Personal information (including SSN or FIN) must be provided on new accounts requesting an open account.  You may use any of the payment methods above.

ACCOUNT UPGRADE: Upon request, a COD customer may be granted an upgrade to an OPEN ACCOUNT based on 2 YEARS payment history with us.  CHARGE CARD Customers also may qualify if not AUTO-BILLED during the previous 2 years.

LATE FEES (FINANCE CHARGES)

Let’s face it, nobody likes paying late fees or finance charges.  If you’ve ever stuffed envelopes, then you know the $1 minimum late fee (finance charge) barely covers the stamp, envelope and the persons time to print, fold, stuff and mail the statement.  Paying promptly is more efficient for both of us and saves everyone time and money.  Finance charges can add up quickly, so temporally discontinue your service if you are having financial struggles. LATE FEES of 2 % ($1.00 minimum) are added to accounts with PAST DUE BALANCES.
